This software is not intended to substitute a personal trainer, but rather provide a valid tool to whomever is knowledgeable in training programmes (amateurs, athletes and professionals) helping them with case history, evaluation through tests and the creation of a personalised and professional training table.
By inserting some information, Fitness Soft Professional is able to calculate metabolism, heart rate, caloric requirements, BMI, ideal weight, body build and more, creating an accurate and scientific profile for the subject.
